I have never seen that helm before, is it ascalon helmet?

Ascended armor is another way of Droknar's Forge armor.

That helmet is found at marhans grotto.

Ascended armor is not Droknar's armor...it's Grotto/Citadel armor.

Common names:

Ascended, 1.5k Armor, Droks armor: Boughten from Droknars Forge
15k Armor: From Grotto/Citadel
FoW armor: boughten in fissure

I don't know why everyone keeps insisting Droknar's armor is Ascended armor, but this is straight from the Game Updates Page, from Wednesday, June 29th...
